Sugar from fruit is better than sugar from desserts because it comes with alot of other nutrients and vitamins that our bodies need. These are good sugar calories as opposed to empty sugar calories. IMHO

Yes I would like to join the over 50 club! I started about two weeks ago and haven't lost weight yet. i am still eating too much every day although I'm eating healthier. any ideas would be appreciated. My goal is to lose 30 pounds.

I just joined five days ago. I am trying to log my food and take 10k steps a day for right now. I've gone over my calories too but since logging everything is a victory in itself for me, I am going to just keep doing it and see where I am a month from now. It keeps me aware of what I eat and I really like the nutrition…
