Yes thank you, I get so put of breath just trying to breath right and I'm like ooooooooooo lord..... I just didn't know if it would affect the workout...

Woooo thank u all... yes I actually took re mesurements today, I did them on the 1st the month so for 3 weeks I've lost 16 more inches... and yes most was in my legs, arms and upper and lower bust... my waist and hips both were a 1 inch loss... my thighs were the most, 3 inches each! ! Im on D4L1 with her 30 day beginner shred.. so far so good.

Ok I Def need energy and I'm hungry about hr after I wake up. I ate my egg, banana and slice of toast with glass water and then worked out about 40 min after. I did ok. No cramps no sick, I feel good! Burn baby burn! Thanks everyone☺

I'm so happy and proud of myself, I have always been big, I have not been under 200 pounds in over 12 years... scale today says 190

Ok egg, slice wheat toast and banana would be ok about 45 min before a workout? Trying to get in a habit of working out at 10:30 in the morning..

Yes you got it! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I am understanding a lot here from everyone.. and I relize processed and starchy are no good. Processed food may be my problem... I do eat some already prepared meals that I bet are processed! LLOTS OF ADVICE HERE, and I will listen to all!

Just recently added working out to my daily plan, today was first day. So maybe I just need that little bit more to kick start loosing again. And yes maybe that's what I'm asking, How to learn to shop for myself while shopping for others, when for so long I've shopped the same way......
