@aggelikik not 60 reps, 20 reps 2x on each machine. Ive lost 58 pound's and trying to get rid of fat and tone up. I don't have anyone to show or teach me what to do other than the wanna be trainer at PF... But he never metions free weights....:)

Lol yes, I have lost 58lbs with eating less and moving more...walking, riding my bike.. Just need somehow to accelerate this gut loss... :) but yes it is smaller than when I started. its just the hardest to loose....
