@caroldavison332 thank you, and yes just lots of water and my coffee, got to have my coffee... I am eating less, moving more, getting some sun and enjoying life one day at a time.
And thank you all again, I do really feel so much better. Im still working at this, on a good note, I've seen a few times of not trying that I can mantain once I get to goal weight
