I am just curious if anyone has tried it or taking it now? What is your view on it. Is it a bunch of BS, or is it what it claims to be...has it worked for you?
I am not currently using it but was thinking about it, before I do tho, I would like some of your input and views on it... Thanks for your time to answer this...

Unless your doctor recommends it, I think a 30-minute walk, deep breathing, and petting your cat (if you're not allergic!) for 10 minutes per day will give you the same effect for free.

It is a good source of vitamin c but I prefer to just eat an orange.

I wasted money; it did nothing. Save your money, log your food, and try methods that work for reducing hunger like eating larger volumes of nutrient dense foods. AKA, add in more vegetables and low calorie foods to help you eat in a deficit.

Also, be sure you're logging accurately if you're not seeing the progress you expect based on your calculated deficit (some of the entries in the database are user entered and flat out wrong, plus it's hard to estimate portions accurately, so I recommend weighing).

Patience and persistence are the key to weight loss. You've made great progress, keep it up. And save the money you would spend on pills that don't work for some cute clothes when you get to your goal weight!

You've lost 58 pounds, therefore you know what it takes to lose weight. Forget the Garcinia Cambogia. :)

Oh....it's not going to do that. Your gut will surely decrease as you lose weight. Patience is a virtue.

    Hi
FWIW, If it had any effectiveness it would not be so heavily spammed by paid Spammers :)

Not to mention, Tooting my own horn as it happens, with just watching my intake and exercise.
Notice that the ticker only records in 1 pound increments, and shows my loss since I started working on losing weight as of this morning. :)

Stay with the tried and working methods and not some over promoted fad.

    Good Luck

Congratulations on your loss so far, keep up the hard work, you will get there I promise and I have faith in you :) I tried taking that a while ago and it made me feel like complete and utter *kitten*! It did nothing other than make me feel bad.

I'm referring to the mild effect it has on serotonin. But then again, sleeping on a regular schedule would probably benefit your serotonin more than this supplement.
