  • I've been on keto for 3 weeks, have lost 7lbs so far - want to lose 21 alltogether. I need to cut out milk though - I can't live without it in my tea (though I thought I couldn't live without sugar!). Feel free to add me, would love some keto friends!

  • I'm down 6lbs in 2ish weeks - felt like crap for the first week but feeling fab now! My skin has cleared up already, usually at this time of month I develop big cystic spots on my jaw and chin, but no sign of them now. Good luck with whatever you decide :)
  • I started a low carb high protein diet around 2 and a half weeks ago - gone from 150 to 144! The headaches are normal it's called keto flu, it'll disappear after a few days. Make sure you're getting the right ammount of salt too. There's a keto sub reddit that has loads of info and recipes!

  • I started off doing the attack phase of the Dukan diet last week. I dropped around 6lbs in the 3 days, but it was all water weight (I woke up this morning and felt sick and dizzy, and so dehydrated and shaky), so I've decided to go low carb instead of no carb! Had porridge for my breakfast and then just lean meat veggies…
