I wouldn't go by the calories burned on MFP hun, they are well over what you do actually burn! Get a good HRM and calories burning monitor - something like Fitbit or Polar if you want to know exactly! Maybe you should try to mix things up a little bit! If 1lb of fat is 3500 calories, and you want to lose 4lbs of fat a week, then you need to burn 2000 calories PER DAY more than you eat! So it probably isn't a realistic goal!

Plan Plan Plan Plan Plan!!! Do as much as you can in advance - and leave a few calories for you to play around with! Try and assess your last few weekends and see what you're eating that's causing you to go over...and then work them in to your weekend and calorie goals!!

I have a masssssssive love for chocolate - Mars bars in particular! It took me ages to adjust (only real choc lovers will understand)!! I'm exactly the same - my mindset of "one piece of chocolate" turns into the entire bar - then a cake of coke and I'm back to square one! Cold turkey was the only thing to get me through!! Find what works for you and smash it!! :smile:

Nope! I had a fall and ended up having to have a lumbar puncture and months of physio :( I'd never go back to crossfit now anyway! Far too aggressive for me at the moment! :)

I was a regular crossfitter for about a year but then suffered from back injury and have been out for 7months :( I've only been back about a month or so...I just can't ever remember being this sore and I'm so impatient! Thanks for all the advice hun :)
