Oh sorry. Um I was eating 1300 cals a day for the last two months and nothing changed (That was about 500 cals under maintenance). Only a week ago that I started eating 1610 cals a day. Still do the same amount of weights training but I cut down on cardio a bit.

My maintenance is probably higher than 1850. I'm eating 1600 cals at the moment. When I worked out my TDEE I chose "lightly active" which is 1 - 3 exercises a week. I was eating 500 cals under maintenance for about two months and nothing really changed. Got told I was in a stall and that my metabolism has slowed down. So a week ago I started eating only 250 cals under maintenance. Let's see how this goes lol.

I do believe that starvation mode exists. I was in a caloric deficit for so long.. The first 2 - 3 months I was losing weight very fast. I went from 28% body fat to 20% body fat. Cool just gave it a quick read :) I used to wonder if there was a way to not choose to either bulk or cut haha so to summarise it, you can still improve your body and look better eating at maintenance and training hard over time

I'm 5"4 and I'm eating only 100 more cals than you. I'm in a deficit too. Are you eating back your exercise calories or not? Sounds like you are exercising A LOT! I used to do this too, then was told that I was doing too much and not eating enough (I never ate back my exercise calories and I only ate 1300 cals back then)…
