Thank you!! I really think besides being a vegetarian, I should probably cut my sugar intake down too!!! But thanks for the comments. My husband has been vegan for the past month. I can't believe how many options there are for vegetarians and vegan's. It's awesome!

I am also recently rejoined. I have also had close pregnancies, 2 in the past 6 years. I just got a treadmill and it really has helped me to make sure that I work out. I also lost 10 pounds before using my fitness pal and I am looking to lose 20 this time. Good luck to you!

I had pizza and was scared to death that it would kill my weight loss. After, going to the gym the next day and getting a pretty good workout. My weight loss was not hurt. I always keep little mints with me and sometimes that helps me when I get hungry for something sweet. Don't worry about it unless you eat 2 chili cheese…
