  • Make sure you are drinking your water... I notice it works so much better when I drink water throughout the day. I like to aim for one gallon a day!
  • Oh wow! Ok! I guess I've never paid this close attention to the actual number during this time... It will be interesting to see if there is a change in a few days!
  • Mine does it automatically at the end of the workout. Once I select "finish" it lists the distance, time, and calories burned. I just looked in my settings and couldn't find anything that would allow me to change those settings. Sorry if this hasn't helped any!!
