  • I have been making flatbread pizza on Naan bread. I use naan, plain tomato sauce, and mexican blend shredded cheese (plus whatever toppings you like). I put it in the oven until the cheese is perfectly melty. My husband likes it because its quick and apparently tastes just as good as our delivery pizza place!
  • I am adding more veggies to my meals. I am struggling with minutes so far this week, so I am going to pick it up this weekend. I'm hoping to golf on Sunday so that will add a lot of minutes for sure!

  • 1. Working out and getting myself to the gym. 2. Logging my food daily (including weekends) 3. Weighing in and keeping better track of my weight I need to improve on incorporating more veggies in my diet and changing up my workouts.

  • @jk286607 I don't eat a lot of nuts just because they are calorie dense. My husband and I like hard boiled eggs, low-fat string cheese, and dannon light n fit greek yogurt. High protein and low carbs :)

  • Wow this is going to be a tough week! I probably need it though after all the junk I ate this weekend :s . I take the stairs at work everyday, but not nearly 82 flights so I will probably do the stairmaster at the gym. We can do this!

  • Thanks, @TaraDanielle40 . I think I was just confused about her post when she said "You must eat each at least once out of the five days." I'll just be sure to get some colorful fruit/veggies in 5 days this week.

  • Good morning. Looks like I've caught my 3rd cold this year. I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm debating on whether to exercise or take a rest day. I am determined to get to 288 minutes this week so maybe I will take a walk after work. Hope everyone does well with their weigh-ins!

  • Good morning, I am checking in for the day! Yesterday I did 60 min of cardio and 15 min of the arm challenge (day 1). I also ate greek yogurt as part of my lunch and swapped white rice for brown rice at dinner. Have a good day, everyone!

  • Hi all. I am Jessica and I'm from western PA. I had lost some weight for my wedding last year and gained a good bit since then. I'm short and struggle with not being able to eat as much as my 6'2" husband :s . I'm looking forward to being in this challenge!

  • I am just under 5'2" and currently 145 lbs. I'd like to get down to 128 again, but I will settle for 135. My husband is 6'2" and has a very active job, so I struggle coming to grips with the fact that I can't eat as much as him! Ahh! :s
