I'm in again

I have been making flatbread pizza on Naan bread. I use naan, plain tomato sauce, and mexican blend shredded cheese (plus whatever toppings you like). I put it in the oven until the cheese is perfectly melty. My husband likes it because its quick and apparently tastes just as good as our delivery pizza place!

I am adding more veggies to my meals. I am struggling with minutes so far this week, so I am going to pick it up this weekend. I'm hoping to golf on Sunday so that will add a lot of minutes for sure!
-
@SmashleyM914 I was just about to enter my minutes from yesterday as I read this. It appears to have worked on my end.

Good morning! I'm excited to see what this week brings. @SmashleyM914 I hope it is ok that I just updated my line of the spreadsheet. We went out with friends last night and I completely forgot until this morning.

1. Working out and getting myself to the gym. 2. Logging my food daily (including weekends) 3. Weighing in and keeping better track of my weight I need to improve on incorporating more veggies in my diet and changing up my workouts.

@SmashleyM914 I hear ya on texture issues! I have the same problem with certain foods. I had to take a rest day yesterday, but I have a free weekend and am planning on getting lots of minutes in!! I was hoping the weather would be nice so I could go golfing (that would be a good amount of exercise minutes), but it is going…

@jk286607 I don't eat a lot of nuts just because they are calorie dense. My husband and I like hard boiled eggs, low-fat string cheese, and dannon light n fit greek yogurt. High protein and low carbs :)

Wow this is going to be a tough week! I probably need it though after all the junk I ate this weekend :s . I take the stairs at work everyday, but not nearly 82 flights so I will probably do the stairmaster at the gym. We can do this!

We love eggs in our house! I actually made egg salad for myself today. 1 egg, 1 tbs of mayo, garlic powder, and paprika. My husband loves a hardboiled egg, sliced in half, and a few drops of frank's red hot on the yolk. One more tip- for the best scrambled eggs, cook on low heat, continually move the eggs around with the…

I hope everyone is doing well with their minutes and weigh ins! I am trying to be good this week since I know I will indulge this weekend at a birthday party (for my dad, brother, and nephew - not me). >:) Kinda off topic, but does anyone know what our team "rank/place" is? Or are there no rankings?
-
thanks @SmashleyM914 !

Hi, team. I fixed a formula for total miles in column q. For the roadblocks and nutritional challenges, do we erase the info from last week or will there be new columns for that as well?
-
Thanks, @TaraDanielle40 . I think I was just confused about her post when she said "You must eat each at least once out of the five days." I'll just be sure to get some colorful fruit/veggies in 5 days this week.
-
So for today, I have cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots in my lunch and a banana as a snack. Can I only count one of these for the nutritional challenge for today?
-
So what happens if our team doesn't get all of the miles? Also, what if we have a bad week and don't get to 10%?
-
Great job, everyone! I just got back from the gym with my husband (it is NOT easy to get him there)! Cardio is really helping with the congestion. Hope you all have a fun and active weekend :)

Good morning. Looks like I've caught my 3rd cold this year. I didn't sleep well last night, so I'm debating on whether to exercise or take a rest day. I am determined to get to 288 minutes this week so maybe I will take a walk after work. Hope everyone does well with their weigh-ins!
-
Good morning, I am checking in for the day! Yesterday I did 60 min of cardio and 15 min of the arm challenge (day 1). I also ate greek yogurt as part of my lunch and swapped white rice for brown rice at dinner. Have a good day, everyone!
-
Thanks @change04 and @shauna30 . I hope it is ok that I just log it all on the spreadsheet. I don't think I can keep up with all of the discussions and threads.
-
Good morning! I am a little confused on the rules. I have a few questions, hopefully I'm not being a pain :) Do we post on this thread everyday? If so, are we supposed to say how many minutes we logged and what we ate for the nutritional challenge? Do we post our minutes logged on the spreadsheet everyday? Do we have…

Hi all. I am Jessica and I'm from western PA. I had lost some weight for my wedding last year and gained a good bit since then. I'm short and struggle with not being able to eat as much as my 6'2" husband :s . I'm looking forward to being in this challenge!

I'm in.

I am just under 5'2" and currently 145 lbs. I'd like to get down to 128 again, but I will settle for 135. My husband is 6'2" and has a very active job, so I struggle coming to grips with the fact that I can't eat as much as him! Ahh! :s
