I suggest to those who are logging in meals and activity to also or not what you mood is. It affects sometimes what you do or how much enthusiasm you do it with.

I am beginning today and one thing I do is log what I am eating for the whole day and stick to the menu. Water, exercise and menu of food. Lets get it in and stick to it. Takes 21 days to make a good habit. Today Day One lets go.
