Okay I am Debra, 59 in March and obese. I am recently retired and I know that retired people due to lack of activity usually gain weight, due to not doing the usual activity of getting up running for job. The funny thing is that daily activity does not get counted when you are working but it does count when you stop. Oh well. I am working out this is week 3 for one hour daily 30 mins on bike and then resistance training for abdomen and arms. I'll keep ya posted.

I suggest to those who are logging in meals and activity to also or not what you mood is. It affects sometimes what you do or how much enthusiasm you do it with.1
