I personally love fitness DVD's because it allows me to workout at home. I lost 46 lbs doing workout videos. I don't find that the people are scantily clad. I'm a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding as well. I have a bit more time, she is getting married July 22 2017 :) My goal is to firm up so I can look amazing for myself and her wedding pictures.

I have cize. I didn't enjoy it as a full program as I found I got bored, that being said... I love it as cardio and so I throw it into my workout programs as cardio. It is a lot of fun. It gets you sweating for sure :)

I like: Carrots, Cucumber and hummas. Hard boiled eggs. Apples and yogurt. I try to eat more veggies at snack time, I find they take a while to eat. Cottage cheese with banana and cinnamon is another favorite :)
