Personally, I snack. I try and eat every 2 hours. I will have breakfast at 8 am, a snack of fruit at 10 am, lunch at around 12 pm, another snack of veggies or yogurt at 2 pm. I eat dinner between 5 and 6 and then will have a healthy small snack around 7 or 7:30. This works for me and keeps me in check. But what works for…

My co workers and I do a half hour workout of some kind from 12 - 12:30. I also get up between 4 and 4:30 am and get a morning workout it. When I buy my Tims, I get it black. Then I add my own milk and a sweeter if I need it. Or try getting a black steeped tea. They are amazing and don't need any additives. Then I stick to water for the rest of the day :) I hate drinking my calories!

I work for an amazing company! We do noon time workouts. Right now there are 8 of us doing the 21 day fix. Remember to drink lots of water and eat healthy snacks. Going for a walk on your break is always a good way to get moving too.

I hate it when my MFP friends *kitten* and whine that they are not losing weight and I peek into their diary and see 3 bottles of pop, McDonalds, Pizza and other bad things that would prevent you from seeing any progress.... Don't complain about it if you aren't willing to do the work for it!

This^^^^ You are projected to gain because you aren't eating enough. I'm 5'3 and 150 Lbs currently. To lose .5 a week they have me on 1200-1460..... I work out 6 days a week and I lose 1 Lb a week. You are not eating enough, that is for sure. You should be between 1200-1500. 1200 at the MINIMUM. I've tried sticking to 1000…
