Probably the overall mindset change of the foods I eat. Staying away from eating so much processed food. Still love my chocolate chip cookies and milk though. Lol. That and running. I weight a couple pounds less than I did in high school. That was um. A few years ago. (More like 23 years ago). Good luck!!

Congratulations! I woudl say eat right & walk when you can but don't always count on breastfeeding to lose weight. Most people do but not everyone. Don't think anything is wrong if it doesn't melt away. I stayed pretty stuck even with eating right. Make sure to take in enough calories to support breastfeeidng. After I quit…

I find that eating just a few chips works for me. I break the chips smaller so it seems like I am really having more than I am. Then, I order something called chicken veggies. It is basically grilled chicken with lots of grilled veggies with a litte bit of cheese. Comes with a salad on the side. I bet even if the…

I still log my foods and weigh everyday. Helps keep me in check!

Good luck to you all! You CAN do it! I am almost 41 and have lost 25-30 lbs (depending on where I am in my goal range) in the past year. I am the same size I was in high school. And I have 5 children. It can be done!! Weigh all foods and log every morsel that goes into your mouth.

I have yet to figure out why my posts get cut off! I was just saying my husband is always on the lookout. I have your have my music so I can't hear myself breathe. The iPod is a great idea, though!

Thanks! I will check out the SPI belt and arm bands. Any name brand recommendations for arm bands? Think I will skip the bra. Lol. Might get water damage. And I will also skip the fanny pack. Don't think I could take all the bouncing around

I did that once with my 5s and I guess where I lost a little weight after I bought the leggings, it slipped down my pants. Haha!! I am sure that was a sight to watch me fish it out.

Thank you! I have looked at the flip belt but would feel more comfortable if it zipped closed. It makes me a little nervous.

I have the Fitbit Charge HR...mine does work correctly. I have lost about 25 pounds using a charge hr and mfp. I actually got up last night to walk 100 more steps so that I had 20,000 for the day..so, for me, it is pretty motivating. There are some great deals most place on the Charge HR for black friday. Most prices I am…

Thanks..I was just curious what most did. And I am not sure why my phone ate the remainder of my post??? But I was explaining that I am just a couple pounds over goal and was thinking of going back to losing to get to a couple pounds below goal so that my goal weight is in the middle of the range instead of the bottom.

I love my Charge HR. That being said, I've never used another brand to compare.

I lost 25 pounds and yes, some came off my boobs. I went from a 38D to a 36C. As for sports bras, I still like the maximum support ones. Before I lost weight, I loved the C9 ones from Target, but they just don't fit quite right now. I haven't found one that I love yet. Maybe I will check out VS.

I have 5 children. I am .4 lbs away from my goal. My youngest is 2 and my oldest is 16. I haven't really tried to lose weight after my 2 year old until this past May. I am 40 and have had no problems getting to where I am goal/weight wise. Just had to get enough "want to". I wasn't overweight to start with. I was within my…

Ditto. I like to watch the trend.

I started a little higher than you weight wise. Same height. I did 1 lb a week. I also move a lot more to get bonus calories. Never thought I would be a runner. lol. Good luck!

Strength training?

I am 40. I have ALWAYS craved that stuff. HOwever, I noticed that once I started taking a probiotic daily, it helped A LOT. Not that I don't ever crave that stuff (I am a chocoholic), but it happens much less often and usually a bite or two will fix whatever cravings I do have.

I am the opposite. I find weekends much easier. No idea why, but I guess the hectic pace at work during the week leads to stress eating? I don't know. But I always do much better at home.

I know I am strange..but steamed broccoli is one of my favorite low cal snacks.

I weigh every morning as well. Helps me to see how my body fluctuates so I don't panic when I barely lose anything or even worse, gain.

I love the Cracker Barrel grilled chicken tenderloin recipe. So yummy. http://www.food.com/recipe/cracker-barrel-grilled-chicken-tenders-134725

I love my Charge HR. You have to tell it when you are starting/stopping a workout, but I still love it. That isn't a problem for me. It also syncs with MFP, which I like.

Great idea! Especially for vacation and holidays! Thanks!

Mine is usually between 62-67 and I am 40.
