  • I get pretty hangry without breakfast so usually have muesli but sometimes a greasy fry up fits the bill too!

  • Oh man this topic is painful. I ripped callouses off both hands a few months ago and once again recently. Gloves are rubbish as I sweat so much so only chalk for me. I try to grip tighter and let my wrists do the work which reduces the friction on my palms. So far so good and my wrist strength is coming up greatly!
  • I love bagels also. Recently discovered the joy of mashed avocado in place of butter. Then topped with scrambled egg. Nom.

I am stealing that idea *yoink* I am a massive fan of potato chips (or crisps as I call them over here) and tortilla style are the best (Doritos yes please) but clearly they aren't particularly good for you. Salted nuts would be my next stop so at least I get some protein and fats in there. After…

Then I eat until I either stop or want to lock myself away. Then it's self-hate-city for a few days. Lovely place. Food's great. Then I want to change…
  • Welcome and best of luck. We're all in this together.
  • Go for it everyone! I want to shed about 15kg (33Ib) of bodyfat so I don't have to suffer the dreaded tightening of all my clothes. I have to admit I only lost weight the first time I used mfp. After that I cheated quite a bit or just didn't care but not this time!
