I used the barcode scanner for all packaged foods, or enter in manually. Haven't found anything I couldn't log yet!

It's difficult, I dont fly but share the same pain on long distance trains. I've started getting really creative with my meals, such as having stuff that would not normally be seen as a "proper meal"! Carrots, tuna and hummus is a staple in my bag. Another option I have is to always carry a meal replacement sachet that…

Hi and welcome! Honestly trying to find time to plan for the week is near impossible! I've started to plan my meals weekly and focusing on fast and portable!

Hi! I know how you feel, for me it's the abundance of takeaway treats in railway stations!

I use all 3, but I only use map my walk to find new walking routes near me to keep things exciting, I have negative calorie enabled, but as I'm going out in the evenings and don't eat anything when I get back, I don't eat back any extra calories it may have given me.

provided you still stick to CICO, strength training is excellent exercise!

THIS! Also, don't ever worry about what anyone else is doing! Alot of people get put off due to watching people lifting heavy, but remember everyone has to start somewhere! Power clean is my favourite move!!

I have this problem too! One thing i have found that is working for me is to have my evening meal when i get in from work, then go for my evening walk. Because I live up a massively steep hill, i find that by the time i get home an hour later, I'm a little hot and bothered, and find myself drinking lots of water to make up…

I tried a low carb diet, it worked initially, i lost 9lbs in 2 weeks, however it made me ill, had terrible headaches, massive cravings, shakey, constipated.... you get the idea! For me, forgetting all the stuff about 'clean eating' and 'macros' and focusing on a calorie deficit really works. I would like to add that eating…

Cornwall here, feel free to add me!

It all depends on the exercise, 400 calories in 30 mins would be some serious stuff, I've never managed to hit 400 cals doing very high intensity stuff, such as crossfit (according to my heart rate monitor), however burning 400 cals in an hour is more 'realistic', such as running, swimming etc. I always live by the mantra…

It's really helping me, I already vowed to go for long walks in the evenings, but this is making me go further!! #teammystic

4 days since i stopped smoking, and can already feel the weight creeping up!!
-
I wouldn't worry, I weighted my self the other evening, then again the following morning and the difference was 2.5kg!
-
Had my first month weight in, and I've lost 4 kg and 27cm in total. There was plenty of times through the month that i felt heavier, but just keep at it!

I make up a batch of sweet potato brownies or paleo cookies on a sunday, and have one at 3pm each day :)

Do you have a microwave? Steamed salmon, steamed veg and avocado Sweet Potato, tuna and greek yogurt Microwave eggs, milk, tomato, spinach, ham and drop of cheese in a cup, serve with steamed veg Roast a big batch of veg on Sunday, warm up a portion with some chicken and avocado. Since I upped to 1500 from 1200, I've been losing more steadily, now on average 1kg a week. I do crossfire 5x a week however, ajust calories based on you activity level. Hope that helps!

I get told regularly that bananas make you fat.....lol

As someone who regularly weighs herself, but the scales are not going down, MEASURING is the key, I weigh exactly the same as i did last month, but lost 8 inches! Don't let a number change your view and potentially ruin your journey.

I find that MyProtein advertises more protein than it actually has, I find it better to pay slightly more for a better value product, I had chocolate peanut, cookies and cream and plain chocolate and they all tasted salty, and 2 of them would go really slushy, even with putting in 40g protein to 350ml water!! Luckily the…

Paleo is difficult, best way is to follow 'spirit of paleo', it is pretty much eating clean without additives and processed food, my rule of thumb is to have whole foods, no prepackaged food where possible, limit dairy and gluten/refined carbs and your laughing! :)
