I've lost 2 inches off my waist and bust, but my jeans are still tight! But keep at it, if your doing it right it WILL work out in the end!

I eat maybe half back, I use a hr monitor for accurate calories, my cals are set by mfp at 1200, I'm 5ft0 and quite often get told off by my phone for not eating enough, but have!!

Polar ft4 here, in pink :D I love it, stops me from over doing it (I can push my hr over 180, I prefer max 160-170) new to fitness 27 yo ;)
