I have found that setting small obtainable goals creates confidence and motivates me personally. Try not to worry so much about the top of the mountain try instead to make it over the next ridge.

My recommendation would be to set some intermediate goals that you can achieve. Even some daily goals, doesn't have to be big. For me there's nothing more upsetting than never reaching the top of the mountain, but if I only have to get over that next ridge it builds me up and motivates me to make it the next peak. Good…

Granted-you can change your appearance at will, but you only change into unappealing things. I wish I could fly.

I have to agree, to much weight to lose for someone at 150 lbs. If you weighed 350 I would say go for it.
