I love cardio and do at least one hour a day. Listen to music. My cable company offers a music service that I loaded on my phone that I can listen to with probably 50 channels of music. Love it! Also catch up on my favorite t.v. shows.

I stay on track by meal planning for the week. Also make sure I log everything on MFP. Love the gym. Go 6 days a week. Do one hour of cardio and half an hour of weight training.

You should eat at least 1,200 calories per day. Try that and see if it helps. If you're still dizzy, see a doctor.

I do both Weight Watchers and MFP. Have Had good results with both.

Lift weights for about 30 minutes . Cardio for an hour. Work out 6 to 7 days a week.

I'm also a stay at home mom of a 5 and 2 year old. After my last baby, I have managed to lose another 15 to 20 pounds. Kept the weight off now about two and a half years. I use a Fitbit too. Love it!!!! We all need motivation and support. Feel free to add me as a friend.

After I had my second baby, I decided I wanted to keep the weight off and continue to lose more to get a healthy BMI.
