  • Tea has definitely helped. Especially the stuff from David's tea!
  • Definitely wait for a bit before you try to lose. I waited until my son was close to three months. Also made sure to eat over my calorie goal every day ( 300-400 over). Drink tons of water, go for walks, drinking fancy loose leaf tea helped me curb my cravings.
  • Breastfeeding and slight calorie defecit has worked for me. Drink lots of water. I've managed to lose 35 lbs that way!
  • My fitness pal and breastfeeding has helped me lose 21 lbs since November. I usually go a little bit over my daily calorie limit (200 or so calories) to make up what I am burning by breastfeeding. Also making sure to drink lots of water!
  • Hi, I'm also trying to lose my baby weight. Was 204 lbs after having my son in September lost 9 within a couple of weeks . Started using MFP in November and have lost 21 lbs so far! It really works (I also think exclusively breasfeeding is helping also)! Good luck with your journeys!
