I have a one month old and a 15 month old. I am having trouble remembering to eat healthy or eat at all.
Also what types of light activewear can I do with two kids.
I am not cleared for working out yet.

    first off .. congrats!!!!

If you are nursing I would take it easy for the first few more weeks. you dont want to affect your supply. I actually started with slow walks through my neighborhood when I was only a few weeks post birth. Make sure you are drinking TONS of water and get protein in when you can!!! Dont worry the weight will come off :)

Walks. Do you have a double pram? Take the toddler to the park? If you have a baby carrier, that's some extra workout there while you're walking!

But mostly, focus on letting your body recover, and eating enough, so that in a few months you'll feel strong and healthy. seriously, don't even think about it till after 12 weeks!

A one month old and a 15 month old... That's workout enough!!

Definitely wait for a bit before you try to lose. I waited until my son was close to three months. Also made sure to eat over my calorie goal every day ( 300-400 over). Drink tons of water, go for walks, drinking fancy loose leaf tea helped me curb my cravings.
