I lost 25kg in 7 months and have kept it off since then (2012). Didn't have to do any exercise either. I was 90kg. Started weights lifting after loosin all the weight. I highly recommend it

First of all, after the initial pain, the process of losing the nail was painless because when the nail finally dropped, the new one was already under it so it hasn't been painful at all.

Once you are down to the ideal weight, you can most certainly reintroduce those foods... Once a week or so

im just not logging in the Fitbit exercise and its actually working as MFP is pulling calories from the activity on the Fitbit

I do 3 days cardio and 3 days weights, one recovery day. I do 30min each workout with YouTube. I stopped going to the gym, waste of money.
