Thank you all everyone for the advice I really appreciate. Just did my weigh in this week and only lost 3.1 pounds. total is now 179.2 My goal is to be around 155-165 and then at that point keep it there. thank you again for the help God Bless

I stick to the serving size only or less. "AT LEAST MOST OF THE TIME" And if the serving is to high in calories like 250 cal. for 1 cup Ill only take 1/4th to 1/2.
