Thank you. It wasn't easy. Nor was giving up smoking 2.5 packs of cigs. each day either but I gave that up about 4-5 years ago too. I would love to have a few drinks again but I have looked at the cal on them and they are around 100 cal each. :\ way to much

That's why I try to leave about 300-350 calorie buffer at the end of the the day. Especially on the days where I'm not 100% sure on my cal. Intake. So I don't go over my intake.

Ok. well I feel fine. I will Try to increase my cal. Intake to get closer to the 1,500 cal. mark. I have had a 300-500 cal. deficit daily. Ill try to close that gap some like 100-300 :)

The funny thing is is I am eating healthier now that I watching calories. The only thing that has changed is now I am eating more food and a larger variety of food just smaller proportions of it and I have changed some of the high cal foods for low cal foods. Like coke that has about 140-160 cal. for dr pepper that only…

last week I was at 176.4 so I did drop less. Part of that is I think my lack of walking. I will post my new weight loss tomorrow.

Wow There is some good info on this thread. "rice noodles" is a new one on me Ill have to look into this. Also "black bean and corn salad" sounds good and its been Years since I have had this. I appreciate all this info and I hope others will find it helpful as well. Thank you
