Also I wonder why there is no daily percentage for sugar grams on any labels. Not one. It just tells you how many grams.

I run at night. It's better to move then not at all. Try some herbal tea to help relax at night; I don't really know if this works. Good luck!

I'm big a fish eater. I am thinking about trying salmon. I don't even know how to buy it? Do you buy it with skin or without?

I'm going to try this. I mix cottage cheese with 1/4 cinnamon and I stevia packet. 3 drops vanilla extract. Mix together. If I have some crushed pecans I put a teaspoon on top.

You can make a green smoothie with Kale. 2 cups of kale or mix it with baby spinach. One sliced frozen banana. I use some almond milk or water and PB2(powder peanut butter) All you will taste is banana and the peanut butter.
