Today I did T25 Ript Up. When I was looking at the calendar for tomorrow’s workout, I noticed it should have been Ript Circuit today. I guess yesterday my brain just stopped at Ript and I put the Gamma workout in.

I modified today. It was supposed to be Speed 3.0 I decided on doing a double workout. I put in Beta Ript as my first workout. Then, just for a bit of a mix, I popped in P90 Sweat A. Back when I first started working out, it was P90 and I thought it was so hard. After going through T25, it didn’t seem so tough today 😉

Stretch Day 🙂 I always forget how good that feels afterwards. Tomorrow is week 2 of the modified T25 Gamma. I’m going to try to add an extra double day in, as long as things don’t start hurting again. I feel that I need something extra. We’ve got this! Keep going. You can do it 😎

Gamma is pretty awesome! Other than Speed 3.0, I love the workouts. Today was double workout day and I finally felt good enough to do both! The calendar had Alpha Total Body & Speed 3. I did Total Body & Speed 2.0. I worked hard and got through them. It felt pretty awesome 😎 Keep sweating. Keep pushing. Nail it 😁

For me- just realizing that this is a long process. I am not patient so this has been a learning experience 😉 Slow and Steady is my motto.

I started the modified Gamma month, by modifying yesterday’s workout. It was Speed 3, but I decided to do Alpha Lower Focus instead. I just don’t like Speed 3. Love Speed 1 & 2, but I just can’t force myself to do 3. Today was Ript Up. I nailed it. Keep moving 😎

I got through Extreme Circuit today. This was week 4 of Gamma. The calendar that comes with it has a modified month. I’m going to start that next week. Keep moving everyone!! 😎

Today was Speed 3.0, but I substituted Beta Dynamic Core. That particular Speed is my least favorite of the entire T25 series (not hard or anything...I just don't like it). Gamma doesn't have a ton of Ab-type exercises in it, so I decided to go for a substitute. It was harder than I remember, too...or my ab area isn't in…

@gam3rguy Just keep doing what you can!! From your posts, you workout pretty hard. You can get this down, too. Week 4 Gamma started with Extreme Circuit. I got through it. Keep sweating. Keep moving. You can do it!!

Few setbacks but feeling better. Tomorrow starts the last week of Gamma. I’m going to kick its butt. No setback is going to stop me! 😎 We can do this!!

Today was Extreme Circuit. First time with the increased weight and my arms are squishy. I love Gamma!!

Speed 3.0 today. I’ve found that I can’t do burpees without my back hurting. But I modify them and still move 🙂

Pyramid is done! Great workout and I was able to do almost all of it. Dang pyramid pushups 😉 I increased the weights from 7.5 to 10# (I’m sure that’s wimpy for some lol). I can feel it. I’m looking forward to Extreme in a few days to see what the extra weight does. Keep going everyone! You’ve got this! 🙂

WOW! Excellent job!! I’ve been through Alpha & Beta twice. I still have to follow Tonya for a lot of it. Stretch is done for the day. Tomorrow is week 3 of Gamma. I’m going to up my weights a bit. I’m really looking forward to the start of my workout week.

Ended the week with Ript Up. Most of it anyway. It’s been one of them weeks and it all just caught up to me. Tomorrow is rest day and I will get back on track Sunday. Keep going. You Can Do It!

I plan for it, for the most part. I still call it a cheat or splurge day. Personally, it helps me out calling it that. It helps keep me motivated even if I don’t go over my calories. Enjoy your Cheat day. Eat as little or as much as you feel. Just remember to get back to your normal routine :)
