1st week of Gamma done. I survived 😂 Straight Gamma calendar doesn’t have a double day. But I felt that I needed something so I popped in P90 Ab Ripper B afterwards. It’s been a while since I did that. Whoa did it kick my butt. Keep going 😎

Extreme Circuit done! Nothing but weights, burpees, and planks. The fun and excitement 😉 It was a good workout though. Keep going everyone!! 😎

@ZephieC Total Body is tough. You can do it though!! I think my legs were sore a lot. But it’s a good sore 😉. @Sandysphat I just started Gamma yesterday. We will kick its butt 🙂 Today was Ript Up. I liked it. I sweated a ton and my arms feel like jello right now.

First day of Gamma done - Speed 3.0. I pushed myself and did all that I could. Tonya doesn’t modify in Speed so I modified myself. Like Tony, from P90, says - Do your best and forget the rest (I believe that’s how it goes). 😁

Stretch is done. Well 1/2 of it. I hurt my back Fri, so I did what I felt comfortable with. Starting Gamma tomorrow and I want to make sure I’m good to go 🙂

I tried the Nush Cherry Almond cake. It had a weird texture and not a lot of flavor. It was like eating bland pound cake that had been dipped in water. I take New Chapter Every Woman’s One Daily. One reason I like it is because I can take it on an empty stomach. I also take Collagen, for my nails.

I love the T25 workouts. I’ve been through Alpha & Beta twice and starting Gamma next week. I think Sean T does a great job being motivational and making you want to keep going. Each workout is 25 minutes, with your 5th day being a double workout.

I’m on my 2nd time through. Just keep with it. You can do it! :) I still follow Tonya on most of the exercises. The first time I was sore all the time. I still sweat a ton though! Today was double day - Speed 2.0 & Upper Focus. I’m glad that’s over. Rest day coming up then next week is last week of Beta. Great job…

Good job on continuing Alpha! You can do it :) I start Gamma the week after next. The hubby and I previewed it after we got it. It looks tough but I’ll get through it.

Today was Core Cardio. One of the easier ones but I still pushed myself. I was able to do a few burpees, un-modified. 🙂

Awesome job on getting through it!! Ouch on the sprained finger. Stretch is done. Tomorrow starts the new week. #4 on Beta. The hubby bought Gamma. We previewed it. Holy crap it’s intense! But I will get through it. I’m looking forward to doing a bit more with weights. Enjoy the day everyone!

My double workout is done. Today was Dynamic Core & Speed 2.0. It’s not too bad of a combination. Tomorrow is a rest day then Stretch in Sunday. Keep pushing everyone! You got this B)

I got through yesterday’s workout pretty well. Today was Rip’t and I pushed myself. I’m definitely feeling it!! We ordered Gamma. I’m excited to be starting that in a few weeks. New torture :D
