I finally got off my lazy butt and did Stretch yesterday. I had forgotten how good it felt afterwards. :) Great job on getting through your double workout!

Yep Total Body is pretty intense. Rip’t isn’t too far behind, IMO ;) Lol every time I see Bonefrog I imagine frogs weight lifting with little bone weights. :D Today’s workout didn’t go so well. TOM and lack of sleep ugh. I got through just about 1/2 of it though. Tomorrow will be better! We got this guys!!!

Today was my rest day. Tomorrow is Stretch, which I’ve been neglecting to do for several weeks. I need to get motivated again to do it!

Today was my double workout day. The torture consisted of Rip’t Circuit and Speed 2.0. I am sweaty and tired. It was well worth it though! Everyone keep going! We can do it. B)

It has helped me tremendously. I started with P90 and am now in my second round of T25. I don’t measure myself so I can’t give specific numbers. My clothes fit different and I can see changes all over. It has been a slow process, for me personally. I highly recommend Beach Body!

Today was Ript Circuit. It’s a tough one but a good workout. I’m always happy when it’s over though.

I love T25! I’m on my second time through Alpha & Beta (currently in week 2 Beta) and I still modify. I have knee & back problems too so I can’t do all of the jumping yet. Keep going everyone!! We’re doing awesome B)

That sounds like my Sunday, too. Dynamic Core done! It went surprisingly well. My abs are protesting a bit less and I’m able to get through more of it. B)

I’ve tried several flavors and like the Mixed Berry the most. I don’t think it’s part of the Protein variety, though.

Double workout Friday. Kicked my butt hard! It was Upper focus and Core cardio - so weights, planks, cardio and a bit of abs for the fun of it.

Oh my gosh I think y’all are my diet soulmates (is that a thing? It should be lol). I try to eat healthier options so I can have a few less healthy snacks! I read various threads on here how some are so strict, weighing every tiny microgram, at the gym for hours. I don’t eat “clean” lol. I do workout in the mornings -…

I LOVE Shaun T! I did P90 prior to this and Tony is good...But Shaun T is so much better!! After Beta, we’re going to do Gamma. After that I’ll look at more of his workouts and see what’s next. Today’s Dynamic Core is done. I forgot how much hungrier I get with the Beta workouts.

I forgot how much “fun” Rip’t Circuit was. Cardio, abs, and weights all in 25 minutes. With Sean T telling you how great you’re going to feel. Yeah I’m feeling a lot more sweaty and tired lol. It's worth it :smiley:

I just started week 1 of T25 Beta. It was a bit tougher than Alpha cardio. Stupid plank exercises :D It’ll be worth it though. Especially since the hubby keeps telling me how small my butt is getting lol Let’s kick this week into shape! We’ve got this B)

T25 Alpha done. I start Beta next week and can’t wait. I struggled through today’s double workout. I got through Total Body and 1/2 of Lower Focus. Not sleeping tends to mess up the workout :D Enjoy your workouts everyone!

Everyone has given great advice. So I’ll just mention soaking in a hot bath with Epsom Salt has helped me in the past with some of the pain. I get the water as hot as I can stand it. Do what you can. It’s a long road but very well worth it!

Today’s workout kicked my butt! Total Body sucks lol. I’ve been really pushing myself, especially with the plank and ab exercises. I still can’t do all the jumping (knee issues) but I’ll get there too. Keep up the great work everyone! We can do this.

Start of week 5 on T25 Alpha. I’m looking forward to Beta next week. It’s been a bit difficult staying motivated but I can do this! B) Keep on going everyone!!

Keep going everyone. You can do it! B) I started week 4 of Alpha. This go round I’ve been trying to push myself more. I still have to follow the modifier most of the time, but I’m seeing results. I’m looking forward to starting Beta in a few weeks.

I’ve tried one flavor of these, but don’t remember. I thought it was just ok. I prefer the Luna Protein and regular Luna Bars instead. Rica compared to Clif- personally I think the Clif bars are pretty gross. I can’t get over the texture of them. So I’d choose Rica over Cliff.

I think sweeter than the regular Coffee Mate creamers. If I remember right, the calories are higher too. Something like 50 calories…

Week 3 of Alpha started yesterday. I did not feel like it but pushed through it. I weighed myself and hit my first mini-goal B) I weighed myself 4 times in different areas because I didn’t believe it lol.

I restarted Alpha T25 week 1. Other than some walking, last week wasn’t a good workout week. Back to being on track this week. Ab workout this morning was tough. I hate ab workouts lol!!

I started with P90. It was a good workout and I started getting toned some from it. We then switched to T25. I wanted something different. I absolutely love it! Been through Alpha & Beta once. We’re starting it over until we can get Gamma. It’s helped get me in better shape. Alpha is basically all cardio with an Abs…

Finally moved & getting settled. Going to start over with T25 Alpha tomorrow and get back into a routine.

Congrats on the 4” loss!! I went through Alpha & Beta modifying. The jumping is still too much for my knees. Personally, modifying still gives me a good workout and I push myself as much as I can.
