I have the same problem but not diabetic. My dietician to me that bananas and apples are two of the most constipating fruits out there. My doctor prescribed Generlac. Take 1 oz every other day. Really moves things along. U should check into it. Good luck

Set your weightlifting exercises into circuits. (squats,flute press & let extensions, for example). Do those 3 exercises for your usual set & reps with no rest in between. The rest 30 seconds before next set. You will definitely get your rate rate up!
