Ice cream. Always ice cream for me.

Every week is perfectly fine (and I have a treat daily, like chocolate or something) as long as you meet your calorie goals!
-
You look amazing! Wow! :o Excellent work! :)

I definitely do, at least half of them. I'm short, so my calorie goals are quite low as it is, so eating at least half of them is a must otherwise I'd go crazy. ;)

Indeed, some people are more blister prone than others (softer skin I'm guessing). I am one of those people! I once wore the wrong socks and when I got home, took my shoe off, there was blood all over my sock (I didn't actually feel it otherwise though). :D

I'm also 5'3", however I don't find that matters much for my speed but my overall fitness definitely does. While my stride is not as long as some, my stride frequency is definitely more. I'm fairly slow I guess, 12 min mile, but it has improved from almost 14 mins, so it's definitely not my legs! :D :D Also, definitely…

UK here. I've already lost nearly 2st and have about 2st more to go. Feel free to add me.

Pretty much every time. Usually around 1-2lb for me.
-
Well done, you look amazing!
-
Feel free to add me (SW based). Already lost 20lb, looking to lose another 30 or so and keeping it off. But ultimately I just want to be fit and healthy, have an active lifestyle etc.

101 at the moment. I'm very pleased with that as last time (2 years ago) I didn't even make any decent streaks. hah

I weigh daily and plot it on a graph so I can see the trend. I use Friday mornings as my MFP check-in, though. If you don't think you'd be disappointed with daily fluctuations, then weigh daily if you want. It's quite personal to be honest.

So many bookworms. Nice to see. I love a good read, but I'm also an avid (PC) gamer, so I have trouble balancing it out to be honest. I really need to read more! My backlog for both hobbies are massive. I like sci-fi and fantasy mostly but will give most everything a read once. :)

Cornwall here, feel free to add. :)

Feel free to add me too. UK-based, regular logging. :)

Cornwall here. UKers feel free to add me. :)

Cornwall, England (originally from Australia). :)

That's a good idea, blanket banning eating while playing. I should do the same really! Also incorporating exercise during cut-scenes etc is a good idea too. Have you considered a standing desk (assuming you don't already have one)? :)

I'm looking to start Cough to 5K (again) in the near future (or something like it). It's a great program! :) Well done on your loss so far (and also, those Heatwave Doritos... oh my god! haha). Yes, having a computer nearby with games that you can easily sink hours into makes things quite the struggle! So easy to just pick…

Every morning. I don't log it here but I do log it on a weight graph. I weigh daily to see the general trend (whether it be up or down). Once a week (usually the beginning), I'll take measurements which tell an even clearer story.

I have similar stats (5'3") but with about 60lb to lose. Also UK based. Wish you the best! It's hard for shorties! :D

You look great. Well done!

Not really to be honest. I weigh daily (naked, in the morning) and keep a record at WeightGrapher so I can see the general trend. But I know that there will be days where my weight won't move, or even go up, so I am not bothered. I also take measurements every Sunday, and take photos every now and then to compare. They all…

I read this entire thread and now have a MASSIVE craving for PB. We have none. :'(
