Too me 40 days to lose first 22 pounds. It usually depends on how heavy you are when you start and how much caloric deficit you have.

Wow. Congratulations. I too have lost 30 lbs so far and around 40 more to go. The first two weeks are tough then it becomes easier

Congrats. Hope weight loss makes you healthier , fitter and handsomer. I started my controlled diet plus exercise on 21 st of feb and so far I have lost 22 lbs. Still a long way to go. May be around 53 pounds more and then some. May be around around I will lose 50 more , fingers crossed.

I tried to work out before breakfast but I would get tired so easily so now I eat something before I go out to work out. A month ago I used to be out of breath after walking two miles. Today I walked a total of 15 KM and I ran upstairs to my room without losing any breath after the workout.

After 12 lbs I can see a little difference , I dont know if you see or not.

May be you drank a couple of glasses of water before weighing yourself on the scale. BTW I havent lost any weight in the last 8 days despite calorie deficit and exercise. in the first ten days I lose 2 kgs In the next 10 3.5 (crazy isnt it) In the next 8 0 :smiley:
