I lost about 70 pounds in 2015 , gained all of it back plus 20 pounds more. This year I am going to try again , my goal is to lose 110 pounds so yah count me in too.

Thanks a lot for replying , I am 36 at the moment. My left leg seems a bit shorter , i dont know if its a hiked hip or actual short leg.

It's only a tool It's your will and motivation which in the end is important. Eat less calories and burn more calories and you will start losing weight and you have calories counter in mfp to help you log your calories on daily basis and you have community section here on mfp which gives you a lot of motivation and…

My advice to you. Log everything you eat daily Read the NSV stories daily as they motivate you more than anything. And add me lol.

You lose about 6-8 pounds of water weight in the first week or two. Amazing weight loss in two months.

I started my journey on the same date last year. Started at 251 , got down to 185 and gained back 26 pounds. Now starting to lose again. Great work BTW.

I used to walk like 15 km a day. Insane , Isn't it? But I lost like 45 lbs in first three months but of course you need to create some caloric deficit in your diet as well.

Its kind of weird , I started jogging three months ago and three weeks ago I started strength training. After starting strength training my running speed has improved dramatically from 7 min/km to 5 min/km. I don't know why has this happened but I am really happy and feel fitter.

Congrats. I think when you start losing weight you start to lose a lot from your underbutt and knee areas. I can now totally feel and see the bones above my knees and thigh rub now seems a distant past.

That sometimes we don't lose weight for weeks and naturally we expect that a whoosh is coming but instead we start losing weight again normally :s

I started my weight loss journey in March 2015. My starting weight was 251 lbs and now it is 193.6 lbs. First thing First. For us Soda is poison , keep away from it as much as possible. Dump Soda and lbs will start dumping you.

Nobody told me that how hard it would be to find a proper size at various stages of weight loss. I lose some fat from my chest first and then some from belly so when I go out to buy a shirt it would be lose from chest area and tight at the waist. Such a dilemma.
