2310 calories is my weight loss calorie amount. Eating that much inst hard... you'll be surprised to know that you can intake those calories with 2-3 meals... but preferably 6 meals throughout the day.

^^^ this! I'm on a carb cycle now, and always diet doing a carb cycle to maintain the most muscle that I can. It works great for me. High carb should be on the days of biggest muscle/intense work out. You should add one more high carb day in my opinion and maybe one moderate carb day. Carb cycle is all I do to diet.

1- I never stay within my caloric goals 2- To someone who doesnt believe in IIFYM, it IS cheating to eat a tub of ice cream instead of 2 cups of rice and chicken, even if you stay within your caloric goals, which is hard if you finish a tub of haagen daz ice cream.
