been through a lot in 2 years ! I used to be 6,3" and 165 lbs. it was horrible! This is me now! Then I let myself go and got lazy, but got my *kitten* back up to do work! ^^ final outcome!!

Whats your favorite cheat meal?!
I am on a carb cycle diet and I alwayssss look forward to a nice cheat meal OR carb up day! I loveeeeee Ice cream and pizza along with a crap load of nachos with chicken, sour cream and cheese!! :) If it is a high carb day I eat about 3 tubs of ice cream, a bag of chips, 2 cans of coke and sooooo pany PBnJ sandwhiches! <3…
