Hi guys! I'm new here and decided to start jotting down all of my meals to keep better track. I am on a carb cycle to reach my goal of 5-7% body fat. (I'm at 14% now). It's always great to keep a log to see what the mistakes are and what one should eat or not eat and how one responds to certain foods! I love bodybuilding and love my body in any way it happens to be, I'm just dieting to maybe compete and land a modeling gig later this year. My carbs will vary from day to day just incase anyone sees my logs and is confused! Feel free to browse.
I have a cheat meal once a week whenever I feel like, I don't do it every week.
