I have noticed the same and find it annoying. I know you don't burn as much doing strength training, but it should count for something. no?

I have lost about 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I try and eat about 1200 calories a day of lean meats, veggies and fruit. I quite often end up eating crap the odd day, but work extra to burn it off.
