Lol @ cereal! I actually quit drinking this time around and weight loss was much easier! As long as you fit it into your daily calorie allotment though, you can drink occasionally. Good luck placidegirl!

I also have a VivoSmart. I've had it since Xmas and I'm still learning new things on it! Its kind of like a smartwatch but also an activity tracker. I use it when I can't find my phone, or to switch songs when I'm in the shower. Lol I also like the alarms option, and as someone else mentioned, it tracks distance for you.

Wow....ummm, here's how my kitchen works: I cook the meal and they eat it. Period. If the kids don't want it they can make peanut butter sandwiches. Agreed with 2 posters above. Just use the calorie count on your machine, and don't add anything for weight training.

I'm set at 1200 too....and it's not a number I would have chosen! It was assigned to me by the app. I would have went with 1500. I find that sugar free jello helps a lot! Gelatin has a lot of health benefits too. The upc function is probably one of my favorites on here too! It's so convenient.
