I have cut out 99% of sugar from my diet as well as 99% flour products and processed foods. I really have not had cravings for sweets and if I do, I cut up a banana, strawberries and or raspberries. So far, this is working for me! I would like to see this be a life change for me rather than a DIET! MyFitnessPal has really helped me count the calories. I absolutely love it, espesially the upc code app on my smart phone!

    I find that sugar free jello helps a lot! Gelatin has a lot of health benefits too.

    The upc function is probably one of my favorites on here too! It's so convenient.

    How are you doing with the program? I am still doing it. I tried it last year and got disinterested, but I tried it again and I am still doing it! I've lost 16 lbs. since July 8th. You look in great shape in your pic. Me, I was out of shape when I started this program by 30-40 lbs. I bet my boyfriend that if I get to 145, he has to quit smoking! Right now, I am 152 lbs. My ultimate goal is to be at least 125 lbs.

    Hi Betsy , Keep up the good work. The key is to stay active and eat right. Are you working out? Or doing some type of activity? Biking? Walking? Running? Autumn ;)
