I agree you need enough fats! You also mentioned drinking plenty of water...how much do you consider plenty? Most individuals need about 100 oz per day. One additional thing to add, is make sure you are getting enough rest.

I'm just starting back too! I've gotta stop indulging on unhealthy foods just because I'm stressed out and want to distract myself from my stress. I want to lose 40-50 lbs and regain muscle by the end of the year! I know I can do this if I take it one day at a time!!

I absolutely feel you!! I don't have the energy to do much...I just get wrapped up in my negative thinking about where I used to be!! That it causes me to give up on my workout!!
