  • Love the title. I’m back on the wagon again too. Goal this week is to track everything, stay at calorie goal, and work out at least 4 days. Packing lunches and snacks is key for me. Since I’m in and out of my car all day it’s easy to swing into drive through when I’ve waited too long to eat. So track, eat, work, pack.
