Yes weighing food not I do not eat back the calories I can only calculate the cardio on treadmill i don't count the weights But 1250 wasn't doing anything and so I was thinking I'm eating not enough to I put my weight goal activity in the app and it came up with the 1900# at 1.5 lbs a week
