Had an awesome dinner tonight - an entire avocado, a bunch of spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, garlic hummus, and three eggs all piled on top of each other with lime juice sprinkled all over it. So good!

I used to drink a ton of pop, but now I switched to La Croix, which is flavored, carbonated water. It does the trick for me. It is 0 calories and there are a bunch of flavors. My favorite is the cran-raspberry.

Actually...the two should not match. Sounds like she has a 1000 calorie deficit set on MFP, which means if she overeats her allotted calorie amount by 500 calories, then it will appear as -500 on MFP (e.g. MFP tells her to eat 1400, she eats 1900, and therefore is -500 on MFP). I personally work out 4 days a week and burn lots of calories. I generally eat back 75% (or more) of those calories. I have lost 10 lbs in the last month alone doing it this way and I have gained noticable muscle in my arms and legs. In my opinion, it would be stupid to not eat the exercise calories back, at least…
