Yes I want to lose weight but not that quick. You will lose muscle and that's not good for you. I will stick to my 2lbs

Congratulations on your loss. From the looks of your profile you only have 2 ibs to go, so a short term calorie restriction shouldn't do you any harm :). You're young, enjoy life!

That actually makes it additionally concerning. If someone had a large quantity of weight to lose a big drop is likely to be water weight and may not be particularly unhealthy as a one off. If someone is at a healthy weight and loses a substantial amount quickly then they've clearly gone to more extreme and dangerous measures.

OP your calorie restriction is too low. Be aware that losing that much weight rapidly is not safe and also likely to return just as quickly as soon as you stop restricting so much.

Unless you gave birth to a baby or had a limb amputated you didn't lose a stone in a week. Sorry but it's not possible.

I doesn't sound like bragging, it sounds like you have an eating disorder. And you are too young to be here, try sparkteens!

I'll just leave this here along with the reminder that advocating (Very) Low Calorie Diets (vlcd) is against the rules...

    Jesus...

I'm pretty sure OP made a post saying she was 15 yesterday... I reported it but I guess MFP doesn't ban people on that basis.

OP you are on the way to an ED from the way things are looking up...

none of you even know me so stop judging. if you ask any of my friends they'd say i'm always eating non stop so you can mind your own business and stop judgeing just because i lost weight faster than normal

OP this isn't a "who can lose more weight the fastest" contest.

    Get some help.

    Seriously.

You're going down a dark path.

You're right, we don't know you...but you are the one who decided to post on here - on a PUBLIC forum. If you can't take the honest criticism, then don't post. My guess is you are either a troll or an ignorant, attention seeker. Either way, good luck for when you gain the weight right back due to likely binge eating in the coming weeks.

i've always ate the same amount of food. i dont have a large appetite and so does noone else in my family. i have a gym trainor who does my dieting for me who is a PROFESSIONAL may i point out, unlike you and you actually are sickening the way you judge someone so fast.
