I couldn't find a thread related to this, so I'm posting here - please bear with me! Has anyone tried a hypnosis phone app for weight loss called Easy Loss? I read about it just today in a Brit newspaper (I think it was the Daily Mail and that it has been running stories about it). Thanks in advance!

There's an ebook titled Spark that I often use to get motivated. The fitness and NSV boards/threads on MFP have helped tremendously. Also a thread titled "what no one ever tells you about losing weight". I'm sorry I'm not tech-savvy enough to post the actual links. Hope this helps!!

How about pretending you're at goal weight and need to get to your current weight, then visualizing how much time it would take? It may help to think of the time journey ahead framed in reverse, perhaps. Hope this helps, and good luck on your journey!!

Lenoresdream, I had the exact same issue as you, but decided on only a 5 min walk in the morning. If I do it, I chalk it up as a success for me. I plan to gradually increase it by a few minutes, at least over the weekends. Good luck to you!!

I switched recently to cauliflower rice, but prior to that I used a bunch of Indian spices - bay leaf, green and black cardamom, cumin, cloves, cinnamon etc to make rice aromatic and fragrant. Also used curry powder sometimes. (No idea about popcorn, sorry - was never fond of it and even go to the movies when I'm hungry…
