Agreed to the preferring diet - I'm a Coke gal, & diet coke has 0 calories! ;-) yeay!!

This story reminds me of the TV show, "My Big Fat Fabulous Life". The gal has a disorder that makes her obese, however she's trying to lose the weight... I think it's great that both gals are comfortable in there own skin, but for their own health care, I'm happy they are also working out!

I don't really have cheat meals, BUT I just eat what I WANT to eat & don't count calories on my "days off" :)
