Try cutting out sugar. Sugar is what makes you crave things. It may take a couple weeks, but after your body has adjusted I've found the cravings go away and you don't think about them nearly as much. Trust me, I'm a junkfood-aholic. Same goes for bread.

I'm turning 24 on Monday! I need to lose about 135 to reach my goal weight. I feel like I'm going to have a lot of skin leftover too. I guess I shouldn't focus on that aspect of it and instead appreciate all the new things I'll be able to do with my life. How much does surgery cost anyway?

I'm doing low carb, which automatically rules out sugar. Going on week 4! It gets better as the cravings go away. Only non-starchy vegetables and lean meats for me. Occasionally dairy too. Solidarity!
