no, not doing keto, but also on day 3 (just doing calorie deficit and planning to exercise more...) . Consistency is my issue. All the best with your plan x

for evening snacking i make a whole diet jelly...and i eat it ALL. While its not the healthiest option...it stops me eating mindlessly..and provides me with 500mls + of fluid i guess.....i eat with a teaspoon so takes ages...sometimes i add berries, sometimes light evaporated milk. About 30 calories without any extras.

there is a lady on another thread, i think it is the success stories photos only thread, she uses a wheelchair and has lost lots of weight with zero exercise. Have a look for her. Photos are incredible.

you look just lovely. Your skin is beautiful, your eyes are so very pretty and im assuming you have naturally dark long hair. Please dont fret about facial imperfections or lines. I did similar when i was younger and what a waste of time it was.
