Time and good moisturiser I was told! Don't know I it works yet, I'm not at my goal, but I moisturise daily and don't feel my skin is as bad as it could be...

If I'm REALLY hungry, then it must be time for real food. If I'm just wanting to eat, not actually needing to eat, I chew chewing gum. Gives me mouth some flavour and something to do :p
-
Yes, you really can! I eat like a child, everything I eat is processed, apart from the odd chicken breast. I've lost 5 and a half stone in the past year. I don't pay much attention to my macros at the moment. I will when I hit my goal. I do pay attention to the protein and fat though, make sure I get enough protein and not…

Malteasers :) my treat for losing 2lbs this past week!
-
That's awesome! I started at 18 stone, I'm 12 and a half stone now, after a year. Still going, but I feel great. It's all down to better eating and more exercise.
-
I've had a flex for 4 months now and I love it! It's perfect for me. Charge usually lasts a week or so, and it doesn't take long to charge. It's comfy to wear too.
-
It happened to me this past week as well. No real reason. Back on track today, hope you can get back too!
-
Anyone in the uk can add me! :) I'm up in Scotland, I started at 18 stone, currently 12 and a half stone, aiming for 10 stone.

I'm British and I love an Oreo! I'm surprised that they aren't really high in calories, I find a Custard Cream is higher and that's as British as the Queen :p. I just wish we got all the flavours of Oreos I hear my American friends talk about!
-
I've got the Flex and love it, I find it's really motivating.
-
I had Rice Krispies :) like a child, haha.

Greyhounds and lurchers are my favourite! I have 2 greyhounds and a lurcher. All 3 are rescue dogs. Pros: loads of them in rescue needing adopted, very affectionate, not demanding, curl up really small, don't need hours of exercise, don't cost a lot in food or vet bills. Cons: you can't just have one! :p
-
No because I always think it's overestimated. I eat around 25-50% of my exercise calories.
-
I use it every day and love it. I've lost 74 lbs. I once went a week without using the app when my phone broken and are terribly. MFP keeps me on track!
-
I walk alone with my three dogs for an hour twice a day. I live in a very rural area and enjoy the peace. I almost never see anyone else. We do an hour in the afternoon and an hour at night. Mostly I think about weight loss and things that are stressing me out!
-
I'm giving up chocolate and crisps. So far so good! It's definitely going to be good for me. I had signed up to do the BRITISH HEARR FOUNDATIONS Dechox for March, then I realized Easter is in March and not getting a Lindt bunny would be entirely unfair :p
-
I don't mind people noticing but I'd rather they didn't make a big deal of it. I find it embarrassing that I had to lose weight and don't particularly like to talk about it. Maybe that will change once I reach my goal weight :)
-
Yes! My only activity is walking my three dogs, except for maybe 30 mins on an exercise bike a few times a week. I walk my dogs for 2 hours every day, and I've lost 74lbs in 11 months! :)
-
Just log it all and move on. No point in getting upset because there's nothing you can do about it now! For what is worth, when you feel like eating more, log it first. You'll sometimes find that once you see all the calories going red in your diary, it will put you off. Doesn't always work but it can help sometimes.

Crunchy, I didn't know they made soft ones! Potato or sweet potato?
-
Thanks, I live in the Highlands of Scotland :)
-
Me! I'm north of Inverness but been to Perth several times :)
-
I get that feeling too. I'm staying within 1200 +100 ish of my 6-700 exercise calories, so I know I should lose. But I always feel like I won't. I've never been able to get rid of that feeling!
-
So glad he's back :)
-
I just walk, I have three dogs and we do about 2 hours a day. I've lost a lot of weight so it definitely works.
-
I give all mine to the PDSA charity shop :)
-
I'm in the highlands of Scotland! Anyone in the UK is welcome to add me :) always good to have more motivation.

I always get told from other dog owners that I walk my dogs too much. Usually from the people whose dogs get a wall once a week :/
